Anyone planning a holiday in the country in Germany during these times is in good hands here! The Steiner Wirt is a family-run guest house with a guesthouse, restaurant and a small beer garden. The whole Braun family from young to old lend a hand here and take care of their guests with passion. Nearby is the Silbersee with a small beach and many routes for hiking and cycling. The food at the Steiner Wirt tastes excellent and is more than affordable. The accommodation is just as great and the prices were not increased despite the Corona crisis, which in my opinion would have been justified. One more reason to stay here !! :)

We went to this restaurant twice in August 2020. The food was excellent and the service is some of the best I've had in a long time. We had 8 different dishes in total and they were all great. After dinner the cook came and asked if everything was okay, some of them could cut a slice. Keep it up and thank you for the nice evenings

We recommend! You can stop there for a short time with 10 people! The food was very tasty and the eyes could also eat. The rump steak English was on point!

We go on vacation in the area and went to the Steiner inn to eat with our children. Everyone enjoyed it. The meat dishes in particular, but also the cheese dumplings were excellent. Everything on the beautiful terrace and with very friendly and family hosts. We will go again before we leave.

We were there with 7 people 3 times in a row to eat. All more than satisfied. The menu is quite clear, but there is something for every taste. And every day there are two to three different daily specials in addition to the menu. The cook himself comes to the table and asks if everything is okay. Special requests are taken into account as far as possible. Everything is freshly prepared there. And you can taste that too. Tried a HOMEMADE quince liqueur there. Very well !! This restaurant is our first port of call on our next vacation. A family business where hospitality and really good food go hand in hand. And are natural for this family Thank you for the nice hours with you !!!!

With a beautiful terrace - - the surroundings are wonderful .... ideal for relaxing. The owners love u. live their guest house and you can feel it! Who value hospitality u. Cleanliness is right here. You are greeted well here, can exchange information and have a very good conversation with residents and guests. The food here is to fall in love with and also to get very quickly, the longest waiting time that I have been waiting for the food was just 20 minutes. I can only recommend this place.

Very pleasant hospitality with excellent food. Great menu and we were always offered additional dishes that were up to date. We recommend. We would love to come back next year.

We were on vacation in the Upper Palatinate for a week and discovered the Steiner landlord for excellent food. We came one evening without prior notice and still got a place. The ambience and the offer are very appealing, the staff is super friendly, very accommodating and very patient even with children. The visit was refined with the best homemade food and the three of us really enjoyed it. That's why we reserved a table for another evening. Again a big compliment to the whole team, keep it up ? Excellent host, restaurant, and overall accomodations!!

Very nice rooms connected with excellent kitchen. Friendliness is probably the supreme commandment of the family. Had settled here for five days for professional reasons and felt very good. The hikes around Silver Lake rounded off the day. If you are looking for an overnight stay with a courteous host is right here.
